Refund & Return Policy

At Mucky Duck , all our products are made to order, just for you. Because of the custom nature of print-on-demand, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless there is a defect, printing error, or damage in transit.

Please read the details of our policy below before placing your order.

1. All Sales Are Final

Since each product is printed uniquely for each customer:

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges due to sizing issues, buyer's remorse, or incorrect orders placed by the customer.

  • Please double-check your order details — including size, color, and address — before checking out.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly offer a replacement or full refund, depending on the situation.

To request a replacement or refund:

  • Contact us at muckyduckuk@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

  • Include:

    • Your order number

    • A clear photo of the damaged, misprinted, or incorrect item

    • A brief description of the issue

Once we review and verify the issue, we’ll send you a replacement at no cost or process a refund if a replacement is not possible.

3. Lost or Undelivered Packages

  • If your package is marked as "delivered" but you haven’t received it, please contact your local carrier first.

  • If the package is lost in transit and tracking shows no delivery, we may offer a replacement or refund.

We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

4. Sizing & Fit Issues

Please refer to our Size Guide before ordering. Since each product is made on demand:

  • We do not accept returns or refunds for items ordered in the wrong size.

  • If you received the wrong size (different from what you ordered), we will replace it at no extra cost.

5. Order Cancellations

Because we begin processing your order as soon as it's placed:

  • Orders cannot be canceled, changed, or modified after checkout.

  • If you made a mistake, contact us immediately — we’ll do our best to help if production hasn't started.
